I called Andrew in when we developed a leak coming in above the window, we thought it was a leak in the facing brick but he identified the cause very quickly as a roofing issue and arranged a visit to fully assess it within a week. It was confirmed that we needed a new gully and gutter drains . Very impressed with the speed and efficiency Andrew had really helped us out.

Andrew is the builder you dreamed of; honest, polite, super-friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. He organised a small job for me while completing reroofing a neighbour’s house. It was probably harder than anticipated, and I extended it to a second chimney stack too, but it was all done, in a flash, and with a smile. Regarding costs, I don’t think he made too much from these jobs, so he’s value for money too; what more could one ask? Trust Andrew, you won’t be disappointed.

Came quickly to assess a cracked roof beam. Quoted for replacing the beam, new felt, batons and tiles. Unfortunately the roof was in far worse condition than originally anticipated, so a whole new timber structure was required. Andrew was very professional throughout, with lots of video updates, photos and calls. His team worked incredibly hard to finish the roof on time, despite all the extra work required, plus they left the site as clean as possible each evening. He also repaired a neighbours roof as a goodwill gesture for using their drive. He also sent a window cleaner around to clean all the windows and our neighbours windows too - again all free of charge. Despite the initial shock of the revised quote and general upheaval, we're very pleased with the results. Many thanks to Andrew and his team for making it as stress free as possible.
